I started TLC when I was on maternity leave, and as so many mums before me realised I wanted more time with my babies. I love real estate (realestate.com addict right here!) and love helping people on their property journey, and wanted to build the type of real estate service I always wished for! I started with a focus on property management, and expanded into sales and holiday leasing to broaden our impact, all through word of mouth while also being a primary carer to my baby boys. I am a landlord too, and have previously used a property manager, but found a few things missing in the service. So, when I started TLC I knew what landlords would be looking for, and used this firsthand experience to create a service model that would tick all the boxes.

I have a background in community services management, and at the heart of TLC, we want to make sure everyone has a safe and comfortable home! We are always looking for ways to work with and support the community, including linking with NDIS providers to offer suitable properties to our vulnerable community members and supporting other incredible organisations who are working, heart-led, towards the greater good.
